Shipping policy

DELIVERY

• Where items are in stock they will be sent within 2-3 working days of receiving the order
• If an item is out of stock the item will take approximately 6 weeks to make and dispatch
• Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
• Should you require an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact me directly at charlotte@karajewellery.co.uk
• An email will be sent when the items are despatched.
• Deliveries to the UK are free and will be sent special delivery by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.

TRACKING

• Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number in your order dispatched email. You can track your order by visiting Royal Mail Track Your Item.

PACKAGING

• All items will arrive beautifully presented in a Kara Jewellery gift box and will be sent out in plain packaging and will not display the name Kara Jewellery on the outside.
