Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

I hope you will love your new jewellery, but if you don’t, you are welcome to return your items. Here’s what you need to do:

If You Change Your Mind (Cancellations & Refunds) Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your items to notify me that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund. Please email me at charlotte@karajewellery.co.uk. I will issue you a returns number to help me track and process your package quickly.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must send the items back to us within 14 days. To receive a full refund (which includes the cost of our standard outbound delivery), items must be returned to Kara Jewellery in perfect, unworn condition and in their original packaging.  Please send the items back by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier.

Our Extended Exchange Window If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, we happily extend our policy beyond the legal minimum: you can request an exchange within 21 days of receiving your delivery.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Kara Jewellery will provide a full refund or an exchange should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item. Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have a statutory right to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.

Please email us at charlotte@karajewellery.co.uk to obtain a returns number, and return the item to us with a copy of your delivery note. For verified faulty items, we will refund the product price, the outbound delivery costs, and your reasonable return postage costs. Please note that our promise to replace or refund does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

How to Send Your Return Please send your return by post or courier. Because jewellery is valuable, we highly recommend you send items back using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™. This ensures your package is tracked and allows you to claim compensation from Royal Mail in the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Exclusions Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, personalised items or pieces made strictly to a customer's unique specifications are entirely non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
